As part of True's Specification TA Series, the single section True TA1H-2HS half door reach in heated holding cabinet provides stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Its low-velocity fans plus two 1000W heating elements and two solid, insulated half doors ensure excellent heat retention, recovery, and even temperature distribution. The half door design also results in better thermal retention since you're only opening part of the cabinet! An exterior on/off switch and a temperature control dial make temperature adjustments quick and easy.

The positive seal, self-closing doors have a convenient 120 degree "stay open" feature for ease of use, and their hinge and closure systems are backed by a lifetime guarantee.

The Specification Series TA1H-2HS heated solid half door holding cabinet features a 300 series stainless steel exterior for durability and ease of cleaning. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, with a stainless steel door liner and stainless steel floor. The entire cabinet features foamed-in-place environmentally friendly "Ecomate" insulation. This True TA1H-2HS heated holding cabinet comes equipped with three adjustable chrome shelves.

A 12" x 20" food pan for water is also included, if cabinet humidity is desired. This holding cabinet is not designed to heat ambient or cold product.
